Okie Dokie It’s The Orb on Kompakt is the duo’s thirteenth album, and it proves to be a sonic collage of intensive, lovingly-conjured quiet ambience. The first half of Okie Dokie showcases The Orb’s love for minimal techno as still as water and schaffel/shuffle, while the second half is reserved for the classic Orb-ish ancestral domain of trance-inducing, pulsating ambience.
